The Easy Saff mobile app from the Mohamed Taher Maâmouri university hospital in Nabeul will be available at the start of the week following 9 September 2026, according to an announcement reported by tekiano.com. 90 % complete, it is meant to let you manage your turn and book an appointment remotely, without waiting on site.

Who it's for

The hospital receives between 1,500 and 1,800 people per day, according to its director general Rochdi Ben Harrath. The app is aimed at this flow of patients who want to avoid long waits at the entrance.

What already exists on site

While waiting for the app, two systems are already in place. A touchscreen kiosk at the entrance lets you print a ticket showing your turn and the medical service matching your request.

A dynamic display system was also set up in October 2025 to better manage patient flow inside the building.

What's coming next

A new reception desk will soon be dedicated to patients who want to have medical and radiology tests.

As for the rest, the announcement comes from the hospital's director via the press (tekiano.com): neither the app nor its installation process has been officially detailed yet. Once it's released, you'll be able to check its availability on the usual app stores and follow the hospital's channels to find out the registration steps.
