Your orientation score comes in two steps: an overall formula (FG) for your section, then a T score for each programme.
The overall formula (FG) by section
The FG starts from your bac average (MG) and adds a few subjects of your section. According to the official 2026 guide:
- Mathematics: FG = 4MG + 2M + 1.5SP + 0.5SVT + F + Ang
- Experimental sciences: FG = 4MG + M + 1.5SP + 1.5SVT + F + Ang
- Economics and management: FG = 4MG + 1.5Ec + 1.5Ge + 0.5M + 0.5HG + F + Ang
- Technical: FG = 4MG + 1.5TE + 1.5M + SP + F + Ang
- Computer science: FG = 4MG + 1.5M + 1.5Algo + 0.5SP + 0.5STI + F + Ang
- Letters: FG = 4MG + 1.5A + 1.5PH + HG + F + Ang
- Sport: FG = 4MG + 1.5SB + Sp-sport + 0.5EP + 0.5SP + 0.5PH + F + Ang
Passed at the make-up session? Each grade and the average count as (2 × main + make-up) / 3.
Each programme's T score
Each programme adds a specific formula to the FG: T = FG + FS. For a philosophy licence, T = FG + PH; for many computer science licences, T = FG + (M + Info) / 2. Some programmes simply use T = FG. If the programme is eligible for the regional bonus and located in your governorate, T is multiplied by 1.07.
The guide's example
Qais, technical bac, average 11, has 6 in maths, 8.75 in physics, 13.37 in technology, 9.25 in French and 13 in English. His FG is 104.055. For an electrical engineering licence, T = FG + (SP + TE) / 2 = 115.115, and 123.173 with the bonus in his governorate.
