The 2026 orientation guide calls it "التنفيل الجغرافي": your T score is multiplied by 1.07 when you apply to certain programmes taught in your governorate.
The governorate that counts
It is the governorate of your original lycée or of your exam centre, not where you live. If the programme is not taught in your governorate, the bonus goes to the institution nearest to your governorate's centre.
Programmes without the bonus
No bonus for medicine, engineering preparatory cycles, the licence in education and teaching, or programmes taught in a single institution nationwide or concentrated in one region. The guide publishes a list of programmes with the bonus and a list without it. It puts the physiotherapy licence (programme 744) in both lists: check that case on orientation.tn.
An example from the guide
Asma, mathematics bac, comes from Jendouba. For a management computing licence in Bizerte her score is 105.28, with no bonus since the same licence exists in her governorate. In Jendouba the bonus applies: 105.28 × 1.07 = 112.65. More than seven points, often decisive when the last admitted is only a few points away.
Automatic calculation
Enter your governorate in the orientation simulator: it applies the bonus to the right programmes and flags the nearest-institution case. The full score formula is explained in our score calculation guide.
